About Caroline

I am a licensed real estate broker and have been so since 1984. I am also a member of the State Bar of California. I began actively selling residential property in 1998. Due to my legal background I have listed many probate, conservatorship and successor trustee properties throughout San Diego County. I am familiar with the legal requirements as well as the special real estate requirements of such sales. I also have a network of people to assist in the preparation of the properties for sale and resources to help the sellers. Many of the sellers do not live in San Diego so they have to trust someone to treat the properties and the sale as if it were her own. This is what I do. I am a native of San Diego so I know the city and county very well. I work with a real estate partner, Susan Diamond, who is also my sister. It is advantageous because we have complementary skills and the power of two makes us more accessible. We each are familiar with all the listings and buyers we are working with so we are able to update or assist our clients at any time. We are very experienced and able to work with the large amount of paperwork and many different parts and stages of a sale. We know the the paperwork. This helps to make the process less time consuming and worrisome for our clients. Due to our knowledge we know what should be happening at all times. If we see that there are possible glitches we are able to take care of them right away. Solving a problem early helps prevent the problem from getting bigger. After each sale we ask for feedback from our clients and we have gotten very positive reviews which we are willing to share. A real estate sale or purchase is often the biggest financial transaction in a person's life and we are experts at making it the best experience.
