About Carol

I have been a Davis resident since 1968. I first came to Davis as a college student. I graduated with a BA in Psychology and an elementary teaching credential. I fell in love with the town and decided to make it my home. I taught 4th grade for 5 years then took time off to raise my three sons. I began my real estate career in 1983 and joined Coldwell Banker in 1985. I have been one of the higher producing agents in the company for quite a few years. I am continually updating my skills and services that I can provide to my clients. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE). My focus is always on quality of service more than the number of transactions that I do in a year. Agents like to work with me because my contracts are well written, I negotiate in a win-win style, and all details are completed on schedule. Buyers and sellers like to work with me because I truly have their best interests at heart. I listen carefully to what a buyer is looking for, and I try to save a client time and money through every step of the process. Approximately 90% of my business is now repeat and referral.
