A South Bay resident since 1972, Bruce specializes in the Beach Cities (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach) and the four cities of the Palos Verdes Peninsula (Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills, Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills Estates). Bruce started in real estate 30 years ago as an investor in homes and apartment buildings. After receiving a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, Bruce pursued a business career. He became the Chief Financial Officer of five companies and purchased a technology company, which he ran for 10 years. After a successful business career, Bruce became a full-time Realtor in 2009. He provides his clients with exceptional personal service, comprehensive marketing, and superior negotiating skills.
