Lifetime area resident, and a lifetime buying and selling real estate. I have also worked asan agent in Portland, Oregon (1990-1992). I spent 1992-1996 living in Central America, where I worked as a volunteer teacher at an orphanage. I am fluent in Spanish, and I finished my BA in Anthropology at UCSC in 1998. My primary focus now is with helping buyers find homes, and I still enjoy knowing every home that is on the market, and the hunt for that perfect match for my clients. There hasn''t been a better time to buy with this combination of low interest rates and low prices. I have a wife and two kids and two dogs, and when not working I can be found walking the dogs up at Pogonip, or some mornings out surfing at Steamer Lane.
