About Bonnie

Personal Background I was born in South Korea in 1958. My family immigrated to Orland California in 1973. We moved to Sunnyvale in 1975. I graduated from Sunnyvale High School in 1977. It was a challenge learning to speak English. Luckily I was in school and it was easier than for my parents to learn to speak. I was the eyes and the ears for my parents, uncles, and aunts. I grew up very quickly. I earned BS in Nutrition and Food Science at San Jose Sate University in 1982. I wanted to be a Dietitian. However, in 1985 a friend recommended I try Real Estate. I have always liked working with people so I decided to try it. I joined Century 21 in Sunnyvale. It was challenging at first because I really didn't know anything about real estate. I didn't think I was cut out as a sales person, but I soon realized that it wasn't so much about making sales, but it was more about serving people. That's what I love about my job. I serve the public. I ask questions, find out what their needs are, make recommendations, and guide them with their best interest in mind. I have been fortunate to serve many happy clients. My business is mainly from referrals from my past clients. I have been a full time Realtor since August of 1985. Every transaction is different. I have the experience and the resources to help my client's needs. I won't stop until I have exhausted all the options. My goal is to continue to serve those in need of my services as long as I am able. I have a great personal skills, great negotiator, and I am very persistent. I have a high integrity, honest, and professional. Speak, write and read Korean language. I am married to a loving husband since 1990, we have a daughter born in 1994. He is studying Traditional Chinese Medicine &Acupuncture. My step-son Austin born in 1984 is a fire fighter and a Paramedic in Texas. My step-daughter Cassie born in 1986 graduated from Northern Texas University in Art & is married since 2011.
