Sales Associate, Mindi Anand joined the Terra Firma Global Partners Marin County Offices in 2014. Mindi comes to Terra Firma from the world of banking and finance after having worked in general consumer banking with Bank of America and then as a private banker for high net worth clients with First Republic Bank. With over 14 years of experience in finance, Mindi brings an amazing skill set and community connections to her new career as a real estate professional. Her long banking career in both Marin and Napa Counties allows her insight to both market areas and key resources that benefit her clients. Mindi’s love of real estate started early. She comes from a family that believed in controlling their own destiny and building wealth by investing in real estate. Mindi followed in the family tradition by making it a priority as a young adult to acquire her own home in 2007, and has continued to purchase investment property from that point on.She currently lives, and had worked in Marin the majority of her life, until joining the Napa office of First Republic Bank. She has loved working in the wine country the last 5 years having developed some incredible relationships that she cherishes and will carry forward. While Mindi’s primary markets will be Marin and Napa Counties, she is also familiar with parts of Sonoma county, such as Petaluma, Cotati, and Santa Rosa.
