About ANNE

Real estate has been part of my Anne’s for as long as she can remember. She grew up listening to her dad, Randy Churchill, talk about homes, people, and our community around the dinner table, starting when she was just 6 years old. Returning home to Camarillo and Ventura County to raise her own family felt natural, and so did joining her Dad in real estate. What began as a mentorship quickly became a passion for helping people through some of life’s biggest transitions. A few years later, another family member, Angie Churchill, joined them, bringing her experience and talents to the team. Now, with more than 26 years of experience in real estate, Anne has had the privilege of guiding buyers, sellers, and investors through the process with confidence and care. She also has extensive experience with trust and probate sales and understands the unique circumstances and sensitivities that often come with those transactions. Beyond real estate, supporting and giving back to our community has always been an important part of who Anne is. Most recently, she is a proud founding member of Miracle League of the 805, an organization dedicated to creating opportunities and meaningful experiences for individuals with special needs and their families. Today, Anne & Angie are proud to continue the legacy Randy built through the Churchill & Valencia Team, a family team with deep roots and extensive knowledge of Ventura County and the surrounding communities, with the corporate reach and resources of REMAX.
