About Angel

Born and raised in Southern California, Angel is a natural working in the Los Angeles market. With his passion for real estate, Mr.Kou got his start in residential development as an investor and developer in 2004. During the successful completion of his first project, he was introduced to the resale aspect of real estate. This is where he found his calling. In 2006, Angel obtained his real estate license. He eventually founded his own full service real estate brokerage, along with a mortgage brokerage that same year. Heading up both brokerages proved to be a distraction from what he really loved to do, which is representing and protecting his client’s best interest in real estate. In 2009 he returned to applying himself full time to real estate representation. During the course of his career, Angel has represented high profile international clientele that look to the Los Angeles market as a safe haven for their investments. His clientele includes people from all walks of life. From members of the Royal Family, CEO’s, celebrities, local clientele and international clientele, to developers, many of which prefer to keep their dealings and transactions private.
