Alfred enjoys working with single family residences, condos, and townhouses. These are the homes purchased and sold by some of his favorite Clients – first time buyers, move-up buyers and snowbirds searching for a winter home. Experience is the best teacher, and Alfred brings a wealth of experience to his role in helping San Diego, California buyers and sellers. Before beginning his Real Estate career, Alfred worked in Corporate Finance and studied Mortgage Banking. Now he uses that experience to advise Clients on refinancing and Purchase Loans for home buyers. And, while he doesn't give tax advice to clients, Alfred uses the knowledge gained becoming a Certified Small Business Accounting and Tax Preparer to help his Clients realize the importance of good record-keeping and understand how home ownership affects their tax status. When Alfred's ongoing love of real estate led him to become licensed in 2007, he didn't stop with just getting a California Real Estate license. He went on to pass the licensing examination for NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator in 2011. And because he enjoys managing both sales and lending, each of his professional licenses was earned to gain the extra knowledge needed to excel in providing the best possible service, not only to his Clients but the other Agent’s as well. Alfred’s goal is to provide personalized service that culminates in happy, satisfied Clients on closing day.
