About Ainsley

Ainsley Hughes is an Ojai-based REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers throughout the Ojai Valley, Ventura County, and Santa Barbara County. Ainsley got her start in real estate in 2004 while attending UC Santa Barbara and working as a weekend receptionist at a local real estate brokerage. After graduation, she moved to Portland, Oregon, where she became a licensed real estate broker and built extensive experience in property management, overseeing residential communities, multifamily properties, commercial properties, and condominiums. She later returned to California and has called Ojai home for more than eight years. Today, Ainsley helps homeowners navigate pricing, preparation, marketing, negotiation, and the many details that can determine whether a transaction reaches a successful closing. Her approach is thoughtful and analytical, with an emphasis on clear communication, informed decision-making, and strategies tailored to each property and client. For buyers, Ainsley brings local knowledge and a detail-oriented approach to evaluating properties, understanding value, and navigating inspections, disclosures, negotiations, and the complexities that can arise with Ojai-area real estate. Ainsley holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and GREEN designations. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and a REALTOR® with Keller Williams World Class.
