Over the years, I have personally built homes in Florida, invested in residential properties in Texas and California, and owned and managed multifamily properties in California. Having experienced multiple market cycles firsthand, I understand both the opportunities and challenges of real estate ownership. In addition to my real estate experience, I successfully rebuilt and grew a family business beginning in 2008, leading it through expansion and economic shifts. This entrepreneurial background strengthened my skills in negotiation, operations, and strategic decision-making. I am fluent in Armenian, Farsi, German, and English, and I proudly serve a diverse community with clear communication throughout every transaction.
