Since 2018, Ada Patricia has been skillfully and passionately serving her Real Estate Clients. Her Clients have mostly come from active prospecting and client referrals. She wins her clients trust through “Good Honest” hard work. Born in Lima, Peru, and immigrated to the United States she has an immigrant’s appreciation for this country and of course speaks Spanish. She believes in the American Dream which is the belief that anyone, regardless of where they were born or what class they were born into, can attain their own version of success in a society where upward mobility is possible for everyone. The American Dream is achieved through sacrifice, risk-taking, and hard work, rather than by chance. Ada Patricia has lived in the U.S. since 1972, she grew up in Korea Town and was the first to experience the “busing integration” into the West San Fernando Valley. After graduating from US Grant High School she started a career in Accounting. Soon after she found herself appraising Diamonds and Fine Watches which lead her to become a Pawn Broker (second Hand Dealer). In 2015 she was diagnosed with ovarian Cancer ending her Second hand Dealer Career. As they say “When God closes one door He Opens another". She realized if she could survive “The Big C” she can do anything. So she started Real Estate classes in order to take the Realtor exam, which she passed with flying colors. Ada Patricia has been a consistent “First Time Home Buyers Agent”. There is nothing Ada Patricia will not due for her Clients. The SaddleTree Townhouse Community is a Certified FHA Condo Project. She successfully submitted their application to The Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program which was approved allowing her Clients FHA Loan to be submitted for funding, Escrow was closed September 17, 2019
