Aricka graduated from Rogers High School before earning both her Bachelor's degree in Education and Master's degree in Teaching from the University of Arkansas. She spent many years teaching fourth grade in the Rogers School District, where she developed the patience, communication skills, and dedication that continue to define her approach to serving clients today. Raised in a real estate family, Aricka discovered that while she had a passion for education, she also possessed a natural calling for real estate. She embraced the opportunity to work alongside her mother, respected Northwest Arkansas real estate leader Meza Harris, forming a dynamic mother-daughter team built on integrity, expertise, and exceptional client service. Throughout her career, Aricka has helped facilitate more than $300 million in residential real estate sales. Together, Aricka and Meza have earned a reputation for their personalized, hands-on approach, treating every transaction as if it were their own.
