Somer is a licensed real estate executive broker with over 18 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Her love for real estate began when she started working for a local civil engineering company. This experience provided her with a greater knowledge and understanding in both commercial and residential development. Equipped with this experience, she then sought out a career in commercial real estate allowing her invaluable experience and the capability to facilitate in over 100Million in commercial sales and leases. During her career in commercial real estate, at the age of 29, Somer was honored with the 40 Under 40 designation. This annual nomination honors 40 individuals under the age of 40 as best in class by their peers in all industries. Her career evolved into the residential side of real estate when her love and passion for helping families find the perfect home created a true purpose. Somer’s career has allowed her to facilitate over 326Million in residential sales and counting. Known by clients and colleagues alike for her honesty, hard work, persistence and diligence. Somer has earned a stellar reputation among clients and the community. Somer resides in Bentonville with her husband, Jim Adams, and their son Sam. Their daughters, Emma and Abbey, also reside in Bentonville with their families.
