Moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2005, Russ was quickly inspired by the growth and entrepreneurial opportunity in NWA and has embraced that opportunity ever since. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Pittsburg State University. He is also Director of the Northwest Arkansas Young Professionals networking group which has over 3000 members.
