Frank is a certified project management professional (PMP) with over thirty years of experience in leading both technology and business process initiatives. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and practicing financial accounting in the initial years of his professional career, in 1992, Frank became the assistant vice president for one of the fourth largest U.S. financial institutions. In 2001 he earned his Master of Science in Information Technology and Operations Management (MSITM) from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Frank completed his Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005 and entered into contract consulting. As a contract consultant in project management, his experiences have included working with many small business owners, as well as, top Fortune 100 companies. His expertise in the field of finance and management will be advantageous to those calling on him for real estate advice in purchasing a new home, listing a property, or property management.
