I am a Residential Real Estate expert in the East Valley, serving the community and neighborhoods of Chandler, Arizona. I also service the neighboring communities in Ahwatukee, Gilbert, Tempe, Sun Lakes, Ocotillo, Mesa, Phoenix, and Queen Creek. I specialize in custom, unique, luxury, and horse properties throughout the area. I work with first time home buyers, buyers downsizing, buyers moving up, as well as investors looking for long term rentals, or short term fix and flips. I also work with home sellers who need to sell due to financial conditions, for a job relocation or to be closer to family. I have been in real estate since 2006, after several years in the lending and finance industry. My wife has been in real estate in one way or another since 1992, and is also fluent in Spanish. We enjoy the opportunity we have to work together to help others. We also enjoy helping out in the community, as I have been a volunteer coach for over 15 years, and I also have volunteered on many public committees within the community.
