I am very passionate about Real Estate. I have acquired elevated skills in real estate by having specialized training that enables me to provide a well-rounded, higher-level of expertise on both sides of a transaction. I love to support Military, First Responders and Teachers. I work hard at providing my clients with expert advice when they require my input, but I also know when to allow my client to make their own decisions and follow their own instincts. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Pricing Strategy Analyst, which stands me in good stead to help my clients negotiate the best possible contract terms. I feel very deeply that REALTORS® should operate using the REALTOR® Code of Ethics as their guide, and I enjoy using these guidelines while providing my services. I am fun and friendly and treat each client as if they are a member of my family. I do everything necessary to protect and guide them through the process and ensure that they know what to expect at every juncture. Being a professional REALTOR® helps me stay dedicated and focused to the job at hand - serving my clients and customers to the best of my ability is my honor, and I take this commitment seriously.
