I'm very proud to not only be part of RE/MAX but to also be part of one of the top selling offices in the country. I hold both a real estate broker license in Arizona and a real estate and mortgage broker license in California. While I'm now focused only on real estate out here in beautiful Arizona, I believe it's important for a broker to have a strong knowledge of finance. In fact, several of my deals would not have closed if I did not have such knowledge. Furthermore, I was able to negotiate as a real estate broker from a stronger hand knowing the finance world as well as I do. Feel free to call up and ask me about how this has helped me close deals and I will gladly explain my background. Most importantly, besides knowledge and skill, my most important quality I can offer you is my integrity and honesty. I would rather talk a client out of a house, even if it means losing the deal, if it's not right for them because I know I will find the right one for them eventually. Therefore, I'm building a future relationship that will encompass them, their family and friends as an extension of myself and an advisor in life long relationships.
