My name is Kerry Jackson and I am a real estate broker-agent as well as a real estate investor. I have over 30 years experience owning and managing my own personal rental properties and over 16 years helping clients invest, purchase, and/or sell homes. In addition, I have experience in buying and rehabbing properties, whether for selling (i.e. flipping) or holding as long-term rental properties. I specialize in single-family residences, but also have experience with multi-family dwellings as well as commercial real estate. I have clients from across the United States and Canada, as well as here in the Valley of the Sun. I grew up in Montana and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University in 1988. I worked in the semiconductor industry for over 15 years, all with Microchip Technology, Inc. in Chandler, AZ. My technical background serves me well when working for my clients in negotiating good contracts as well as analyzing properties and evaluating the real estate market. In 2004 I decided to make a significant career change from engineering into real estate. My passion for investing in real estate and helping clients make good decisions when dealing with one of the most important decisions in their life is what energizes me to work hard for my clients.
