About Teresa Anderson

Biography Teresa Anderson I am a businesswoman and certified as a coach, trainer and speaker, with John Maxwell, Keller Williams Realty University, MAPS Coaching, and Mindvalley. I am the founder / co-owner of KW México. I earned my bachelor's degree from Northern Arizona University and at the age of 22 began my career in the US Congress. I spent 12 years leading key legislation for the development of national and international laws. I participated in the predraft of successful legislation which led to the amnesty law of 1986, where legal residence was granted to more than 10 million people. I participated in the negotiation of the FTA with Mexico and the United States and contributed to the development of the maquiladora system between the United States and Mexico. In 1988, I ran for the Senate as the first Latina to run for legislative office in the state of Arizona. In 1990 I was named Woman of the Year in the city of Tucson, Arizona and in 1991 opened the International Department for the city of Tucson representing more than 400 entrepreneurs in Mexico and Latin America. In 1992 I took the position of Advisor to Verónica Rascón, National Director of SEDESOL and First Lady of the State of Tlaxcala. During our six years in Tlaxcala we led the opening of 79 Microindustries, 14 Cultural Centers, Occupational Rehabilitation School, 1 Occupational Rehabilitation Center and the publication of 5 books. I have been with Keller Williams Realty International for over 20 years. In 2007 I was appointed Cultural Ambassador for the Southeastern US. Together with my partners we have developed more than 1,700 KW associates to become experts in the business. We have impacted business growth in the real estate industry rapidly and successfully. Under our leadership as Cultural Ambassador for KW International, we started the KW Cares program through Red Day in Mexico in 2015 and several charities benefit annually. My main goal is to transform lives through my growth and contribution to the personal development of my clients.
