Hello new friends, my name is Sydney Grimsrud! Whether it's buying, selling or building - I am the friendly, energetic and communicative girl for you! I was born in Oregon but moved to the incredibly beautiful state of Arizona as a teenager. I spent 6 years in North Carolina while my husband was enlisted in the Marine Corps and we have now been back for a few years. There is truly no place like home and no other place on earth that we would rather choose to raise our two beautiful children in! I was a hairdresser for 10 years but growing up with all the moving my passion for real estate and interior design have finally blossomed. One of my favorite things to do is assist my selling clients with staging their homes and making sure it looks great for the potential buyers. I also LOVE working with buyers, there is nothing better than finally finding their dream home and seeing my clients eyes light up as I can quickly go home to prepare the winning offer! I adore working with veterans and first responders as it truly is an honor and hits home! I work primarily in the Phoenix Metro area in locations such as Peoria, Surprise, Sun City, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley, and more! I am so excited to help you and make your dreams of buying a home, selling your current one or customizing a new build home a reality!
