I will never forget the feeling of selling my first home. It was incredibly rewarding, a little overwhelming and I just felt so blessed to be a part of the journey in making someone else’s dreams come true!I It was magical, and I wanted to do it over and over again! Since that day in 2006, real estate has taken me in a few different directions expanding my experience and knowledge of the industry. I went from selling semi custom luxury new builds during the big 2006 boom to jumping into the short sale world of 2013 and then going into business with my husband Sean Pieper, in 2014. Sean and I close 40-50 homes a year. He was born and raised in Phoenix so his knowledge of the valley is endless. My first job was in construction installing tile which led me to interior design, which led me to sales. The combo of the two of us is dynamic and powerful in this industry. It’s a blessing and huge compliment that the majority of our business is agent or client referral and our dear family, friends and past clients. This tells us that people trust us, time and time again. We are loyal and dedicated to our clients and we are always working to have the best outcome possible! We work with a lot of out of state buyers and sellers. We utilize technology like FaceTime and videos to make, what could be, a stressful transaction and make it as “bump free” as possible by being the eyes and ears on the ground for them, before they relocate their whole lives. We have huge love and support of our Veteran buyers as my own son is a US Marine and being able to serve them in any capacity is such a highlight and honor! We adore working with our first time home buyers! Navigating such a huge decision is made easy with us. We know how to negotiate a strong offer that stands out in a competitive market, winning for our buyers!
