Stacy also brings a strong educational backbone to everything she builds. With a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and years of real-world experience across teaching, leadership, and real estate, she has a rare ability to take a layered subject and make it teachable, practical, and actionable. That ability now sits at the heart of the RAL Ready Method, a framework designed not only to support direct training, but to eventually extend through internal team development and train-the-trainer models that preserve the integrity of the work without requiring Stacy to remain hands-on at every level. Outside of her professional life, Stacy is a proud and fiercely protective mother of four, a deeply appreciative daughter, a devoted wife, and a volunteer with the University of Arizona Master Gardener Cooperative Extension in Yavapai County. For more than 30 years, yoga, especially hot yoga, has been an important part of her personal foundation, helping her cultivate focus, resilience, and balance from within. Living in the forest, with wildlife just beyond her door, has been one of the most meaningful relocations of her life, a return to stillness, wonder, and the quiet truth that some of the deepest healing begins when we reconnect with nature.
