I received my Broker's license with the State of Arizona in August 2013 and have become an Associate Broker with West USA. I have been in Real Estate for over 8 years and I am thrilled to have gotten my broker’s license. This represented the next step in my real estate career. The requirements were stringent, but definitely worth while in continuing my education to be able to service my clients' more effectively. I have lived in AZ for over 25 years and have loved watching Ahwatukee grow and become the wonderful community it is today. My previous career was in commercial lending, where my portfolio contained multi - million dollar deals. Coming from the banking background, I have a unique skill set including negotiating, financing and deal structuring, all beneficial for my buyers and sellers. I have lived and worked in Ahwatukee for over 25 years, and am active in our community, schools and church. I have a passion for Real Estate; and it’s not just a job for me. I love the whole process, finding just the right home, signing the paperwork and welcoming you to your new home!
