I am a GRI, a Broker, a CSSN and I work with buyers, sellers and investors. Having done a great deal of investing myself, I understand that a home purchase needs to be both a place that you can live and also a smart commitment. A complete knowledge of the market is very important and I enjoy taking courses to increase my knowledge of Real Estate. It is a changing and fluid market, and to be the best, you have to stay in the mainstream of learning. To do an even better job for my clients and to stay on top in a very competitive field, I continually hone my skills by attending real estate seminars and classes. As a licensed Broker, I have also earned the distinguished GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation, as well as the established CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator) designation. These are all true: Land - they're not making any more of it. There are 3 ways to get rich - Inherit it, Invent it, or Invest. And real estate is one of the best investments available.
