About Shelle

Hello, my name is Shelle Osornio. I have been a Realtor in the Valley since 2007. I moved to Arizona from Colorado to escape the snow, and enjoy the beautiful desert, sunny days and star-filled nights. I have always had an eye for design, architecture, and detail. Shortly after moving to Arizona, I fell in love with the different styles of homes and landscaping spread out throughout the Valley. I immediately fell in love with North Scottsdale, Cave Creek, and Carefree. I exclusively worked in these areas for several years. After having clients sell their homes in these areas and move to other parts of the Valley, I began to work in North Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Goodyear, Surprise, Mesa and the downtown Phoenix area. There are so many beautiful areas to live in throughout Maricopa County. It has been a pleasure and a lot of fun learning about all of them. Every client is very unique in their dream of the perfect home. I take great pride in being able to listen to each client's individual wants and needs, dreams and wishes, and then working diligently to find that perfect home! Whether it be in Cave Creek/Carefree, Scottsdale, or downtown Phoenix in a high rise loft, I have covered all of the territories in between.
