About Shelby

Having been born and raised in Scottsdale, Shelby is exceedingly knowledgeable in Arizona’s communities and real estate market. Being the daughter of a local custom home developer, she grew up knowing quality design and construction. Shelby attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a marketing degree in just 3.5 years. After graduation, Shelby worked in real estate, selling luxury homes with Tricia Cormie in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. She then transitioned into running her own marketing agency for several years, working with small businesses and start-ups to develop unique marketing plans and build creative connections. During this time, Shelby stayed closely tied into Arizona real estate as she worked with clients in the industry, such as real estate brokerages and new home developers. Currently, Shelby runs North Peak Property Group, a full-service property marketing agency licensed under the Homesmart brokerage. Through her team, Shelby is able to use her marketing, sales, analytics, and negotiation skills to help sellers market their homes to potential buyers. She also uses these skills and her area expertise to help buyers find the right home. Shelby is a very social, creative agent who thrives on coming up with out-of-the-box solutions to help solve her client’s problems and meet their demands. Her enthusiasm shows when it comes to guiding clients through one of their biggest and most exciting decisions in life – buying, selling, or building their home.
