Sheila joined her husband Sean Henderson’s real estate business in early 2016 to provide marketing and operations expertise for him and his clients. In early 2017 she became a Realtor / Licensed Assistant in her home state of WA and a Realtor in her adopted home of Arizona. In 2018 she received the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification to better serve their more “mature” clientele. Sheila comes with 28 years of experience at Microsoft Corporation, in the areas of Customer Service & Support and Marketing & Operations. While leading large teams of people across the globe, she focused on driving large increases in customer and employee satisfaction. She brings this service-first passion to her role working on behalf of Henderson Real Estate VIPs clients. Sheila and Sean Henderson make up Henderson Real Estate VIPs. They pride themselves on creating an exceptional real estate experience throughout the entire process. As of January 1, 2023 they've closed their WA business to focus solely on creating sunshine dreams in Arizona. Henderson Real Estate VIPs business is built on referrals, so extremely satisfied clients who realize their dreams is the ONLY goal.
