Shawna is an Arizona native and has a thorough understanding of the Phoenix market. She began her career in Residential Real Estate in 2017 after raising her family. She's been happily married for over 25 years, has 4 children, 2 grandchildren, but wants at least a dozen. Shawna's first real estate transaction was her first home purchase. Tired of renting, Shawna bought her first house when she was 23 with seller financing and little of her own money down. Shawna loves to find creative solutions to challenging situations. Shawna has also had success and been involved in helping distressed homeowners. Shawna loves being able to help others. She strives every day to work hard, serve & love others and treat people the way she wants to be treated. Shawna values loyalty, integrity and open communication.
