Sarah Lugo has accomplished many things in the 7 years she has been licensed. She has experienced both low and highs in the market, as well as navigated through short sales, foreclosures, and auction properties. After being licensed for 3.5 years she was eligible to obtain her brokers license. After completion of her broker license, Sarah became the Assistant Manager for her previous company. In this role Sarah taught new agents all aspects of real estate, including: lead generation strategies, contract writing, contract negotiation, broker support, and how to provide comparable market analysis' for potential sellers. After spending 4 years on the team, Sarah has decided to comprise her own real estate team to provide superior real estate services to all types of home buyers.
