A rare find, a Tucson native. Sarah has made connections spreading from West to East of our incredible United States of America. Crafting relationships with agents on both a national and global scale. Following graduation from Sahuaro High School she moved to Ohio and raised her family. As the children grew, spread their wings and left home, Sarah began her career in Real Estate. Over the years her family has returned to Arizona for regular visits with family and friends, which led to the purchase of a second home in Oro Valley in 2021. At the end of 2022, she and her husband made the decision to return to the beauty of the desert full time. They now reside in Oro Valley where Sarah has established herself as a dedicated local real estate advisor. Devoting herself to expanding her knowledge, she has achieved multiple certifications and designations including Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty President’s Club award 2024, Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Investor Agent Specialist, Luxury Home Certification, Military Relocation Professional, Resort & Second Home Specialist, and Senior Real Estate Specialist. As the wife of a retired US Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, she has a depth of understanding and knowledge of the challenges and needs of her military clients. Supporting the health and wellbeing of her community Sarah served an active member of the American Lung Association Tucson Lung Force Walk committee, has created a team for the upcoming Walk to end Alzheimer’s in Tucson October 2025, and is a member of the Foothill’s Club raising funds for local non-profits that support our youth. Currently, Sarah serves as chairperson of the NPRA, National Placement Referral Agent Tucson Chapter board. Serving as the Real Estate Advisor for our senior community and those working to serve our seniors. Additionally, she serves as chairperson for the Oro Valley Chamber of Commerce Home Experts Collaborative, coordinating with local home experts for the benefit of her clients. Valuing loyalty, communication, and honesty she pledges those same values to her clients. A keen eye for interior design, detail, and function, her guidance will prepare your home for the market. Working with the unique needs of each client she meets their expectations with great diligence and care. Assisting her buyer clients, navigating the market and local real estate, creating happiness in the buying and selling process is where she finds her passion.
