Former international industrial distribution business owner for 16 years. I sold the business in Washington state and served Washington, Oregon, Idaho & Montana until 2003. I then entered the Mortgage Banking Industry in 2003 until I moved to Arizona in late 2008. In 2009 I secured my Real Estate License (SA631274000) in Arizona and the rest is history. Prior to these adventures I spent a lot of years in construction management, sales, and estimating in both commercial and residential construction. These experiences have given me vast knowledge about real estate and abilities to protect my clients far beyond the normal real estate agent. Because of my finance experience I have secured CERTIFIED SHORT SALE PROPERTY EXPERT DESIGNATION which helps people avoid foreclosure which is far more damaging. My 17 years in Arizona now have given me expertise in remodels, property valuations, subcontracting referrals which saves my clients lots of money. Arizona is a different market than the northern states. Save yourself time and money and speak to an experienced local who has seen most everything. But never all I can assure you.
