I have lived in metro Phoenix for 33 years, moving to Arizona from the Midwest following graduation from Southern Illinois University. My real estate career began in 1993 selling new homes for Del Webb's Coventry Homes for seven years, then moving to Standard Pacific Homes for another seven years. During this time, I achieved sales volume of more than $90 million and received the Carl Wilson Lifetime Achievement Award for new home sales. I am a 13-time winner of the Home Builders Association Sales Achievement Award, six-time "President's Club" member with Del Webb and its Sales Person of the Year in 1996. I earned my Broker's License in 2008 and became an independent Broker and Realtor within my own PLLC, working primarily as a buyer's agent. In 2012, I became Designated Broker of Scott Communities LLC, marketing new homes for a builder with multiple communities in metro Phoenix, while continuing to represent buyers and sellers independently. I am a member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.My clients find me to be easy to talk to, a good listener and a trustworthy counselor who offers terrific customer service and a unique understanding of the Arizona market.My wife and I enjoy golf, hiking, bike riding, concerts, festivals and traveling around Arizona. We are season ticket holders for the MLB Arizona Diamondbacks and NFL Arizona Cardinals.
