I have been a licensed Arizona real estate agent with HomeSmart since 2010, & while I specialize in the retirement communities, I do work with the full spectrum of first time home buyers to experienced buyers and sellers and those in between. My connection to Sun City West & Corte Bella goes beyond real estate. I live in Corte Bella since 2006. What many people do not realize, Corte Bella Country Club is located in Sun City West, but has separate facilities. As an expert in these communities, I understand the macro location well, and the nuances of both Sun City West and Corte Bella on a micro level. Before beginning my real estate career, I spent more than 30 years working in professional sports administration, marketing and operations. I had the privilege of serving as a front-office executive with three NFL organizations: the Houston Oilers, Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals. As a front office executive with the Denver Broncos, the organization won two Super Bowl Championships. I also worked with the Houston Oilers during two AFC Championship appearances and later spent more than two seasons with the Arizona Cardinals. In 2005, at the request of co-owner John Elway, I assisted the Colorado Crush of the Arena Football League during its championship season. Those same qualities are essential in real estate. Every real estate transaction involves a team of people, including buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, inspectors, appraisers and title professionals. My role is to keep everyone informed, anticipate potential problems and help move the transaction forward. But I don't just work in other retirement communities, I am actually a home owner in Sun Village, Greenway Palms Condos, and Sun City.
