I’m a licensed REALTOR® in both Idaho and Arizona, helping buyers and sellers with residential homes, acreage, land, investment properties, and transactions that sometimes require a little more digging and problem-solving. I work throughout the Treasure Valley in Idaho, as well as North Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Rio Verde and surrounding areas in Arizona. Before focusing on real estate and my own businesses, I spent more than 20 years in the motorsports industry, including many years in executive leadership with one of the largest motorsports communications manufacturers in the country. That experience shaped the way I do business today: communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, pay attention to the details, and negotiate with my clients’ best interests at the forefront. For sellers, I bring a strong background in marketing and take a hands-on approach to preparing, positioning and promoting each property. For buyers, I’m analytical about value and not afraid to point out concerns, dig deeper, or tell you when I don’t think the numbers make sense. My husband, David, and I live in the Treasure Valley with our two kids, and our family is still heavily involved in off-road racing and dirt bikes. We’re also small business owners, so I understand firsthand that real estate decisions are often part of a much bigger financial picture.
