About Nicholas

Being a native to Arizona, I have seen Phoenix grow from a desolate desert to the grand metropolis it is today. Since early childhood, I have always enjoyed real estate as my parents would take me to look at model homes. Originally, I wanted to become an architect but my natural ability for interior design and floor plan analysis has led me to become a Realtor. I enjoy what I do everyday and find that real estate is a rewarding career helping people achieve the goal of home ownership. I am a buyers agent and specialize in first time home buyers, the West Valley and am a certified NSP realtor for the city of Surprise. I take pride in my community and engage in local and city wide activities, and help support retirement communities through my father's business; Hank's House Watching Service.
