Nick has been rocking the real estate scene since 2012! He hit the ground running by selling over 3 million dollars in his first 12 months in the business. He's been called "The Real Estate Sponge of Arizona" because he is constantly soaking up as much Real Estate knowledge he can handle and is always willing to share his wisdom and experiences with anyone who shares the same passion. He has amassed many awards and accolades within the Real Estate Community. Most recently, he has been recognized as a Gold Award Winner for the WeMar President's Round Table Award in 2017 and 2018 for being in the Top 1% of Realtors® in Arizona and 11+ Million Dollars in sales each year. Nick is one of very few Realtors® in Arizona that sells more than 50 houses a year and does not have a team of 2-3+ people working for him and acutally doing the work. He is a one man show. Every year for the last 6 years he has sponsored a Free Pictures with Santa event for 500+ children to get their pictures taken with Santa at his community park located in the North West Valley. Nick is also very active with Breast Cancer Awareness and Bowl for the Cure because his mother is a Breast Cancer Angel since June 2018. He also coaches Tee Ball on the weekends when he isn’t out showing houses. Nick has been very successful with selling Real Estate & building thousands of business relationships throughout the Valley.
