Nancie is an educated, investor friendly Realtor®, and is committed to service with an emphasis on accountability, reliability, and enthusiasm. Born and raised a Mid-West girl, Nancie is also an Air Force veteran, and has been a Phoenix area resident since 1996. During her college career at Arizona State University, she spent all of her summers selling educational books and software DOOR-to-DOOR with the Southwestern Company. While most other students were off having fun, Nancie was working 80 hours/week, refining her sales and people skills. She has been in the real estate business since 2006, where she started out as a mortgage broker. In 2011, she switched gears to become a Realtor® and has been helping people achieve their goals through real estate ever since. Nancie has studied real estate investing for years, has been wholesaling properties since 2015 and helps many investors fix & flip homes. To further her knowledge and experience, she’s now branching out into land development and residential assisted living facilities. Not only is Nancie service minded with her clients, she is also committed to serving her community… with her church at Impact Church, assisting young adults at HomeBase Youth Services and building beds with Sleep in Heavenly Peace. Her greatest passion when it comes to serving, however, is the time she spends building houses with Habitat for Humanity.
