About Morgan

I am a second generation real-estate professional. I have had my real estate license since 2016 and have been gaining experience and expertise in residential sales and residential leasing in Phoenix and Scottsdale representing both sellers and buyers. Prior to working in residential re-sales I worked in Commercial Retail Leasing and Property Management starting in 2011. Buying and Selling a home can be a highly intense and emotional experience and I am here to guide you through the process and be your trusted expert to help you through each step of the process. I have assembled a team of inspectors, lenders and escrow agents who I can trust to take the best care of my clients. I have worked with many out of state sellers and will go above and beyond the normal range of services. For example, for out of state seller's I can conduct weekly or monthly home visits to check the thermostat, run the water, check condition of the landscaping, supervise repairmen and provide light staging. With buyers I can rush to see new listings on market and video record a tour of the home or video call the buyer for a live tour. I am dedicated to finding the best value for my clients and will treat you with the care and consideration as if you were a member of my own family.
