Monia earned a Bachelor of Science from The State University of NY at Buffalo and has been serving in the Real Estate industry since 2011. She holds a Real Estate license in Arizona and North Carolina and is a REALTOR member of the National Association of Realtors. In her early years, Monia worked in the insurance industry, negotiating personal injury, home & property claims. It's there that she developed a strong business acumen and a customer centric approach. Fast forward to 2011, where she began her career in Real Estate working for a top producing team in North Carolina. Monia quickly climbed her way to the top, working with several multi million dollar producing teams throughout the Charlotte region. She earned her ranks as the top producing agent at her Lake Norman, NC team before relocating her business out of state. She currently sells Real Estate in the Greater Phoenix area.
