Since joining Silverleaf Realty in 2004 Mike Sweeney has focused on the luxury sales and marketing of custom homes and homesites within Silverleaf, DC Ranch and the surrounding area. Leading the team, he is currently Designated Broker of Silverleaf Realty and one of the top producers on the Silverleaf Realty team. Mike has sold over 100 million dollars over the past three years and consistently remains one of the top-producing agents in all of north Scottsdale. Mike is a longtime Scottsdale resident, moving to the Valley in 1988. Prior to joining Silverleaf Realty and DMB he worked with the Lyle Anderson Company and was involved in luxury sales, community marketing, land development and home building. Mike now serves as a consultant for several land developers – providing valuable insights on pricing, marketing strategy, market trends and product positioning. An experienced aviator, Mike is a member of Angel Flight West and enjoys donating his time as a mission pilot, providing air transportation to patients and families in need.
