Hi, I'm Mike Kemper, a REALTOR® and co-owner of Shebang Realty, a locally owned Arizona real estate brokerage based in Surprise. I've been helping Arizona homeowners since 2007, with a focus on Surprise and the West Valley, including Sun City, Sun City West, Peoria, Glendale, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Litchfield Park, Waddell, El Mirage, and surrounding communities. For sellers, I specialize in full-service flat fee listings designed to provide professional representation, modern marketing, strategic positioning, skilled negotiation, and transaction guidance while helping homeowners keep more of their hard-earned equity. Shebang Realty's listing commission never exceeds $8,500, or 2% if less. I also work with home buyers, investors, landlords, first-time buyers, and families relocating throughout Arizona's West Valley. Our brokerage provides full-service property management for West Valley property owners as well. As a U.S. Air Force veteran who served at Luke Air Force Base and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I understand many of the considerations military families face when buying, selling, or relocating. I also hold the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification and can help homeowners understand their options when facing a difficult property situation. My wife, Michelle Kemper, and I own Shebang Realty. Michelle serves as our Designated Broker and has been helping Arizona homeowners since 2002.
