About MICHELLE

I am a rare Arizona native in fact my family is two generations of native Phoenicians. A true dying breed for sure! I was raised right here in Central Phoenix, and in fact I have never left. I grew up in the housing industry. I used to own my co own real estate company here in Phoenix . My father’s company Precision Components built many of the homes here in Central Phoenix for John F. Long. You could say that real estate and homes are in my blood. I tend to think of myself as a partner and a teacher in your real estate transaction. My passion is to teach my clients how to understand the legalese in a contract and use that knowledge to get the best possible deal for them. I love being able to negotiate on his or her behalf so everybody feels the situation is a win-win. I am a great listener, when my clients are feeling nervous about selling or buying the single most expensive thing they’re likely ever going to own — their home.
