I Love Real Estate...Everything about it! The Search. The Negotiations. The Problem Solving. The Joy it brings to people and how it truly affects everyday of their lives! I watched my family in the Real Estate business and understood early that it's a LOT about people and a little about homes. I will always use technology to enhance the customer experience... BUT NOTHING REPLACES PERSONAL, FACE TO FACE relationships! In the end though, it still comes down to people. We buy and sell from people we like and trust and I have been able to earn that with each and every client! Growing up, I lived in 8 states by age 13. Tough as a kid but it led me to where I am at! I have seen and lived in so many parts of the country that I can truly understand where you are coming from! For me, It's not about the money....never has been! I have worked with everyone from 1st- time homebuyers to Professional Sports Athletes (don't ask me which ones....privacy is key!) I am highly skilled in negotiations, graduate of U of Arizona Business & more designations that you don't care about! Haha! I've sold entry level townhomes to multi-millon dollar luxury Estates! My main goal is to make sure you are happy because I am working for your referrals! 90% of my business comes from my clients, which says a lot! I love humor and believe the buying/selling process should be fun... but also professional!
