About Marla

I'm an Arizona REALTOR® based in the West Valley, and my approach to real estate is simple: do the research, explain the options, and help my clients make the decision that's right for them. I've been a REALTOR® since 2022, serving buyers and sellers throughout the West Valley and Phoenix metro, as well as Southern Arizona. I also enjoy helping people who are moving to Arizona or considering a move between the Phoenix area and Southern Arizona. One of my favorite parts of real estate is the research behind a decision. I look closely at comparable sales, market conditions, property history, condition, and other factors that can affect value and marketability. Whether we're deciding what to offer, how to price a home, or whether a particular property makes sense, I want my clients to understand the information we're using and why it matters. Before entering real estate, I spent many years in advocacy and humanitarian work. That experience taught me how to listen, ask questions, research complicated issues, and help people navigate important decisions. I bring that same approach to real estate.
