Creating the boutique luxury real estate venture, MarkV Real Estate Group, has allowed Mark to capitalize on his entrepreneurial spirit in an effort to offer a more personal luxury experience. His use of not only the knowledge gained via a Masters Degree in Business, but also the many skills acquired throughout a multitude of business arenas from his personal multi state business provides the foundational structure needed to seamlessly execute each real estate transaction. Mark Vanderlinde used his extensive business and negotiating experience to develop critical skills in real estate investing through his work in luxury residential real estate development, bringing forth a skillset not easily matched in real estate sales. The in depth knowledge of a given market needed to confidently develop and invest in a real estate portfolio is brought forward for the benefit of every discerning client. With his wife Lynn, their two children, and a multitude of furry family additions, Mark resides within his primary local market, the Township of Paradise Valley. Mark and Lynn strive to give back to the community and are involved in many charitable organizations including: the Arizona Animal Welfare League, Scottsdale Healthcare, the Boys and Girls Club of Phoenix, ASU Gammage, UMOM, and finally as a member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Blind Children. Marks personal immersion into this much sought after locale, provides a depth of knowledge utilized every day for the benefit of his clients.
