Whether we use your furniture or a stager’s, appearance is a vital component to selling your house for the most money in the least amount of time. Of course, pricing is the most important factor in selling your home, and I will provide you with the most information possible so that you can make an informed decision on what will be a competitively priced property. I also love to help prospective buyers in their search for the perfect home-fit for them. I like to set up a search based on your criteria so that you can start looking at home pricing trends in the areas that are important to you. I also have many great lenders that I can refer to you, so that you can get a pre-qual prepared so you are ready to make an offer when you find that great house that you don't want to live without!!
