Examples of the ways in which I advocate for my clients are: I've had appraisal values increased to the benefit of my sellers, obtained multiple offers for sellers within the first week of marketing, navigated probate/estate issues, negotiated price and costly repairs for my buyers, helped buyers into their dream home they never thought they could afford, closed transactions early, had a flood plain re-adjusted where warranted and the list goes on and on.
