I have had various connections to real estate throughout my lifetime: I’ve had a home built from plans I developed; have purchased and updated several homes, including one that was an extensive remodel of a HUD home. I’m also an investment property owner in AZ. I love the Valley of the Sun and Sell and Buy in Maricopa and Pinal County’s. Although, I work and play in Paradise Valley, North Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, Fountain Hills and Cave Creek areas. A little about my past: I was fortunate enough to take early retirement before becoming a REALTOR®. I worked for Huntington Ingalls Industries in the Design Engineering field. In my lengthy career I work on teams to develop piping and ventilation systems from written specifications. I additionally managed complex compartment arrangements and presented them to the government for approval to be implemented on U.S Naval Nuclear Aircraft Carriers and Submarines.
